Legends of yore a couple of years ago return to Oxford
Hey look! Over here! We’ve got a new coach! Check out that sweater vest huh? You know who else wears sweater vests? Jim Tressel. He wins alot, so we’ve got that going for us! And look! A Super Bowl winning quarterback! Watching him win with a team completely unrelated to me or my association with Ole Miss makes me feel like a winner too! Local boy does good and all that jazz! And we wont stop there! How about the NFL defensive rookie of the year! It feels like only yesterday that he was a tackling machine for our team! Another success story!
Wait…what? Our record the last 4 years? No idea? We won some we lose some…who cares! Ed Orger-who? Brent Schaffer-what? No, no, its time for the Jevan Sneads and John Jerrys to shine my man! Spring football is here! Its a new day baby! Feel the excitement!
