At around 12:30 am the race for the SEC Baseball title officially got under way.  Michael Guerrero launched one deep into the Hoover night to help Ole Miss take a step forward and join the upstart LSU Tigers in the winnar’s bracket.  The Rebels were able to ignore the incessant “Woooing” of the Kentucky team, as apparently the Cats have been channelling their inner Ric Flair whenever the opposing team is pitching.  No reports of whether the always distracting “Hey Batter Swing” tactic (seriously, this taunt ruined our Little League experience) was implemented when Kentucky was in the field.
