Bobby Petrino Just Feels Terrible About All of This

May 27th, 2008 by Bunkie Perkins · 1 Comment

During the hard times, its best to be among friends

Bobby Petrino, who has been ducking the national media like he owed them money (and he might), finally came out from under his pile of Arkansas blood money just long enough to remind us all what a dishonest creep he can be. In an interview with AJC’s Tony Barnhart, Petrino talks about his departure from Atlanta and the mentally taxing aspects of his decision to kick Arthur Blank and the city of Atlanta square in the nuts and leave the Falcons mid season for Fayetteville…

“It was an unfortunate thing because of the timing,” Petrino said as he arrived for his first SEC Spring Meetings as the coach of the Hogs. “The timing of it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life.”

I can imagine how hard that must have been, what with all the back door planning, middle of the night escape from Atlanta, and writing Dear John letters you left in your players lockers when they werent around.  Coordinating all of that is pretty hard.

Bobby Petrino is the lowest form of dirt scum that I have ever had the displeasure of being alive to witness. His actions, way of departure, and poor results while head coach of the Falcons are a sign to any Arkansas fan out there.

Get rid of him before you get left hanging for another school with more money that want him “right now”

I know Kindergarten students with more poise and backbone than Bobby Petrino.

And thats all I have to say about that.
