On Friday night, Kid Rock couldn’t provide enough star power at The Palace to get the Detroit Pistons passed the Boston Celtics in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals – probably because he left in the second quarter. Well, on Monday night, Kid and a lady friend (Ed Note: who is she?) were also no help to the Detroit Red Wings in Game 5 of the NHL Stanley Cup Finals against the Pittsburgh Penguins at Joe Louis Arena. Kid probably left early again, as we doubt Kid and his lady stayed through to the 3rd overtime to see the Penguins win 4-3 to force a Game 6 back in Pittsburgh.
Though, before Kid left the game, he took some time out to give an autograph.
