A conga line of chaos broke out in The Grove over the weekend…Houston Nutt and his special brand of insanity made his first trip through the Grove on the way to take on Memphis. From here on out we deem any march into battle that is led by Houston as the Crazy Train…so let it be written. Our favorite part at around 1:50 when the Legend of Powe gets a hero’s welcome.
The rest of the weekend’s photos after the jump…
Just another Oxford Saturday of complete over-dressing
I stand corrected
Grown men supporting The Legend
Good to see fans shirking those stereotypes
Yosemite Sam…naturally, an Ole Miss fan.
The new Ole Miss video board, we name thee Megatron.
And there would have been some goodness from The Plains this weekend…but it seems beautiful brown liquid goodness got the best of Mike Medallion. Cocktails indeed.

Greg…..good footage. Your commentary might have been the best for me…….yelling “Nice Stache”………classic.

Yelling “nice stache” is neither classic nor very creative. Please do a better job at trying to be snarky.

Just want to point out that the gentleman called yosemite sam is actually jevan snead’s dad. dead serious. That’s me in the picture and we talked for about an hour. Really/Really nice guy.

@Colonel: So does your comment qualify as snarky? Just so I know.

Also, the gentleman you tagged a “stereotype” is, actually, anything but.
Vietnam vet and anyone who has worked on campus for the last 15 years or so knows him well.
This is his first season of actually being able to enjoy a football game as everyother year he was working his head off making sure facilities were all in order.
His cane, however, is not a prop as he destroyed his back working for the University. He could wear a tutu and I would still be glad to see him…anytime, anywhere.
You also might want to reconsider making fun of our football players as I’m sure they will be glad to see you next walk through.

yeah and the kid with terrible jcrew pants and bow tie is my gay brother. we will probably have to send him back to a counselor after FOTP ridiculed him. you guys need to lay off these innocent frat boys and people who support their team. (and if you cant pick up on the sarcasm of this you shouldn’t read this blog)
