Saints punter Steven Weatherford did nothing to change the stereotype that kickers and punters are not real football players when he chose to add an accessory or two to his spotless uniform during New Orleans’ game with the Broncos yesterday. On the game losing kick by Saints kicker and magic pixie dust fairy Martin Gramatica, Weatherford, who was the holder, thought it necessary to wear a watch and wedding ring.
