A day after his team was brutally beaten by instate rival Ole Miss, a game in which his offensive line gave up 11 sacks and had 34 yards of total offense, Sly Croom has resigned. For the last few years he’s been known as a bit of a coach killer himself, as both Mike Shula and Ed Orgeron were sent packing after losing to Croom coached teams. It seems today, he was his own worst enemy.
