A Below Average Photo Essay: Iron Bowl Beatdown

We were there to see Nick Saban and Alabama lay a beat down on Auburn on Saturday. This photo shows the last time any Auburn fans had a reason to cheer during the game. A few more photos, even an appearance by a Tennessee braided mulletman, after the jump.

Within a minute of arriving in T-Town, we saw this Tennessee fan with an unbelievable braided mullet. We had to wonder why he was in hell was he there…

But then we saw that he was meeting up with his Bama friends. Here, you can see a great comparison between the traditional Alabama mullet and the stylish Tennesee braided mullet. And you’ll notice the tailgaters in the background found a great spot…parking your RV at Arby’s…it must be what heaven is like.

Despite the bad weather, the Bama nation showed up in full force the game.

You can get anything in houndstooth in Alabama, even rain boots, which were both practical and stylish.

And speaking of stylish…be sure to get your own Root Suit. Bunkie has already ordered his red and blue Root Suit for the Ole Miss bowl game. If the Rebels are in Dallas, expect to see him wearing it out in Deep Ellum on NYE.
