Andy Kennedy, not driving the lane with his normal frequency
Its all just a cute little misdemeanor assault charge until your old lady counter sues for lack of consortium. Kimber Kennedy, wife of Ole Miss basketball coach Andy Kennedy, claims that since the incident a month ago in which a Cincinnati cab driver accused her husband of smacking him, her husband has not been “going to the hole” (basketball sex puns, fun for everybody) with near the regularity that he had been prior to the charges. The preliminary hearing for the assault case is to be on Friday. Kennedy had previously filed a defamation suit against the cab driver and another witness who claimed that Kennedy hit the man. But of course, Mrs. Kennedy’s litigatin’ is alot sexier.
