The attorneys for the cab driver who was allegedly assaulted by Ole Miss basketball coach Andy Kennedy filed a motion Tuesday asking for the court to require proof via physical evidence and medical testimony as it relates to Kennedy’s wife’s claim of loss of consortium due to the assault charge. I for one applaud any discovery requests in this matter that include requests for production of marital aids, sex tapes, and/or the testimony of “interested” 3rd parties. Its the kind of thing that makes lawyerin’ tolerable, people.
