Independence Bowl Now Substantially More Jacked

Yeah, we had this photo in our personal cache, what of it!?

Like some sort of lower level post season vagrant wandering from dumpster to dumpster  in search of freshly thrown out left-overs, the Independence Bowl has been sidling up to potential sponsors in hopes of landing the money necessary to keep the 6-6 mid-runners of the SEC and Big 12 satiated for at least another year.  Take heart Shreveport, the search for half eaten burritos wrapped in tin foil is over, your chemically enhanced meals on wheels has arrived.

Advocare, a performance and nutritional supplement company, has signed on as title sponsor in 2009.   I imagine that the bowl gift bags will need to submit a urine sample before being passed out next year.

bob mac hit the nail on the head. advocare is based here in dallas and charges insanely high prices for below average supplements. this town is full of douche bags telling me how great advocare is and how i should buy a bunch of their shit. only problem is that i know better and they ain’t worth a damn.

    viva independence bowl though.

oh…and for the record, they don’t have any shady ‘performance enhancing’ type products…i.e. products that would require a urine test. they just don’t have any really good products either.
