The Grove at Ole Miss Gets Its Soulja Boy On

June 3, 2009 · 3 Comments

Ah, the Grove at Ole Miss, a symbol of southern football tradition, where supporters gather on many a football Saturday dressed in their finest seersuckers and sun dresses, there to root on the Rebels.  Beneath the sun-kissed oaks, tailgaters dine on their china and silver finery while sipping on a hot toddy of their liking as they await the evening’s contest between SEC foes…or perhaps a Souja Boy concert.

We commend the administration and student body, a group historically and unfairly mired in the mistakes of generations past, for getting its socially progressive sea legs as it were…we’ll except for maybe you at the 6:20 mark…maybe you should have stayed at the frat house there big guy.
