Gorilla Ball Goes to the Zoo

June 18th, 2009 by Bunkie Perkins · 1 Comment

In the drivers seat in their bracket at the College World Series, the LSU Baseball team took to the Omaha Zoo, which I imagine is the only outlet for entertainment in Omaha other than watching hefty girls from the Midwest consume a strip steak smothered in blue cheese dressing.  Zack Pontiff proceded to steal the news broadcast, and in true native Louisianian fashion, attempted to talk directly to wild animals and even chase them down, we assume, to grill at LSU fan’s tailgate’s prior to tomorrow’s game with Arkansas.
