Well, if every  other blog is gonna do it for the cheap page view pop…Look, I’ve seen the video (my head may be full of useless fancy lawyerin’ but there is no way Im posting a link, didn’t even cross my mind, nope, its on the fairly extreme side of creepy and potentially litigous…I don’t know what kind of underhanded voodoo witchcraft those Disney lawyers know), I have no idea if its really her, its a blonde girl, she’s naked, she’s curling her hair and checking her rear end out in the mirror, she kinda looks like the girl I stalk watch intently on the sidelines in the Fall, its through some sort of reverse peephole (Kramer’d), but who’s to know, right?  But seriously, ESPN is sending threatening cease and desist or we will sue the pants off of you type emails to the web site proprietor…so yeah, draw you’re own conclusions.

UPDATE:  Looks like it’s her.  Press release from her attorneys after the jump.  Whoever did all of this might want to crawl out of whatever dank basement they are in and lawyer up.

CREEPIER UPDATE:  Don Chavez points out that the videos may have originated from someone in or near Montgomery, Alabama.  Mike Medallion has an alibi, I checked.  However, DC says that Gameday was in Auburn for the UT game, they weren’t, they were there for the LSU game, Medallion was there, EA wasn’t there that week.  They also weren’t there for the Iron Bowl, they were at Bedlam.

CREEPIEST UPDATE:  After going and looking the the guy’s DailyMotion account where the videos originated (for research purposes, people), I’m convinced that he’s an employee of the hotel.  He has several videos of other women in various states of undress in the same room, leading credence to the theory that whoever it is, they had access and also may have had the ability to place attractive women in certain rooms where the camera was set up in order to film them.  The fact that the EA videos have been up since March and don’t identify her by name indicates that the person didn’t know who he was filming at the time, maybe squelching theories that EA was targeted because of who she is, and only later did someone realize it was her.
