Basically, a woman reported her car stolen and police found a subject driving the car about an hour later. It was Barksdale. He was pulled over, smelled of alcohol, was given a field sobriety test, failed, and was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without a license. The woman, who apparently was an acquaintance, declined to press charges.
