Usain Bolt already had the world record in the 100m at 9.69 sec at the Olympics. Well, on Sunday, Bolt went out and destroyed that record with a time of 9.58 sec at the 2009 IAAF Athletics World Championships. That’s an average speed of 23.35 mph. At this point, he’s probably going to have to stop racing humans and start racing wild animals for him to have any real competition.

He amazes me, what a run that was he keeps on breaking his own records and setting up new world records as he goes on about doing it.
