It was but a fleeting moment in the Bama/LSU broadcast this evening, but it was in that one brief moment that I realized that Alabama meant business come the 4th quarter. You see…this is why Texas A&M will never make it back to national prominence, their fan base simple refuses to take their hand gestures to the next level.
Potential explanations for the above affliction of pride are as follows:
- Terrance Cody pregame snack
- Horrible mullet tossing accident at the Flora Bama
- Wandered too close to an LSU tailgate…those coonasses will deep fry anything
- Those girls standing next to him aren’t just smiling because Bama’s winning
- Took Auburn winning 5 straight a little too personally
- Those 5 dollar footlong Subway commercials drove him to madness
- It was in Saban’s contract

I seriously doubt this kid lost his pinky in Iraq. And if he was really self conscious about it he probably would have used his other hand to count out the 4th quarter.
