Add “LSU fan” to the list of believers in the “SEC Officials” conspiracy theory. That group isn’t going away anytime soon. What made matters worse is that the two refs who made the call had absolutely no clue what the call was on the field. Nevermind the replay official was from Birmingham. Expect video of this play to be delivered to the SEC Office tomorrow.

The SEC got what they wanted..two(potentially) undefeated teams in the SEC Championship game. This ultimately guarantess them a spot in the BCS Championship game. If a one loss LSU team beats Florida(in the SEC Champ game) then there would be a chance that the SEC would get shut out of the big game. There is too much money involved to take that risk. No interception….thanks for coming

that’s a nice little conspiracy theory, the problem is its completely baseless b/c there is no way in hell a one loss sec champ gets left out. if you think a one loss lsu team, with wins over bama and florida would get passed over for cincinnati or one of those other slapdicks you’re insane.

Unfortunately, there are effed-up calls all of the time. While this may be one of them, a win is a win, and Bama clearly won this game.

The only reason Bama “clearly won this game” is because of calls like these. That interception was a game-changer, but according to the refs it never happened. Look, one bad call is a bad call. 2 bad calls is suspicious…but these three game-changing calls combined (interception over-turned, no call on the obvious block in the back and the horrible spot on the fourth-down offsides) can only be one of two things: corruption or incompetence. Neither is good.
Is it any wonder Nick Saban came out defending SEC officials on Monday?
