Both personalities, Good and Evil, have come together for the common good of Ole Miss and ball hawking cornerbacks everywhere to convince Jevan Snead to return for his Senior yer. Pre-season speculation had Snead as a potential first rounder, but an advanced case of Blow-the-whistle-blow-the-whistle-oh-my-god-they-are-bringing-the-rush-blow-the-whistle! and the occasion to toss a football carelessly into the air powered behind only hopes and dreams that it would not be snatched by the opposing team and returned from whence it came, prevented Snead from making good on those early predictions.
This is begrudgingly good news for an offense that loses its two most potent weapons in Dexter McCluster and Shay Hodge, plus it gives me a reason to post the Jevan Snead season defining .gif from the Cotton Bowl.
UPDATE: Joe Schad says he’s leaning toward the NFL. I cannot fathom this.

I’m starting to think Houston played Stanley more than necessary in the Cotton to tell Ole Miss fans “Look, we know Snead kinda blows, but ‘manic-depressive’ is better than straight ‘depressive’, right? I don’t want to hear this shit all off-season.”
