Code Orange!

So let me get this straight…Tennessee fired the guy that won a national championship to eventually hire the guy that was that same team’s offensive coordinator?  This is only a rational hire if there is a bastard Manning son out there thats a 2010 recruit and only Cut and Archie know anything about it.  Seems totally plausible.

As a veteran of many a Cutcliffe season, let me prepare Vol fans for seasons that feel like you are perpetually in 3rd and 7 situations at your own 35 yard line with the only explanation from the man in charge being that the team needs to ”compete better”.  This will end only one way, with UT 7-5 and Cutcliffe hospitalized from heart complications due to the pressure.

UPDATE:  Rest easy Vol fans, the man who made his coaching debut with a resounding 3-0 win over Memphis is staying at Duke.

He kept Patrick Willis on the bench while Rob Robertson played. Is there anything left to say?
