Im still coming to grips with the reality that I live in a world in which my Saints will play in the Super Bowl. It is truly strange and glorious times here in Louisiana. I’ve spent much of the morning finding some of the more enjoyable acts of jubilation and dispair from last night. Below is but a small compilation.
1. The scene from Bourbon Street. I encourage more celebrations that involve a full horn section.
More over at Nola.com.
2. Taste the tears of the Vikings radio broadcast team as they call the final Brett Favre interception. [via Extra Mustard]
3. I think more rap videos need footage of an insanely fist-pumping Bobby Hebert.
4. Academy Sports had a good night in Louisiana.
5. Vikings fans pitch a fit…and in this case, a tent, after Favre throws the interception.
6. Drew over at Kissing Suzy Kolber is not taking the loss well.
7. The spoils of victory…getting to taunt a guy who makes minimum wage working the McDonald’s drive thru…but those Mac Snack wraps are pretty deliscious.

The best part of the Vikings radio call was the color guy, “This isn’t Detroit! This is the Super Bowl!”
