One Man’s Trash is Another Corndog’s Treasure

April 13th, 2010 by · 2 Comments

Its a lifelong dream fulfilled when you can take a piece of grand achievements of your fair university’s athletic programs and convert them into a decorative yard ornament.  Such was the dream realized by one enterprising LSU fan who decided to take one of the remnants of the old Alex Box baseball stadium and display it along side the various garden gnomes and magic-glass-ball-on-a-pedastal things.  You’ll also notice he was aware of the feng shui of the whole situation to the point that he also bought the old stadium entrance gate as well.   Revel in your purchase if you will sir, but I’ll have you know that somewhere on a lonely set of benches, your blatant exploitation is making an old man cry.
