Women be Triflin’

Chris Rock, with an explanation of the story below.  (NSFW, Language, naturally)

It seems like a reasonable scenario between two level headed adults.  You just want to have a meaningful conversation about the deterioration of your relationship with that other indivdual…maybe discuss what went wrong, what mistakes were made, you know, the usual post break-up meeting to assess the damages.  Its even wise to have a mutually agreed upon location to meet, somewhere public perhaps, where each person can feel comfortable about airing any greivances or explaining their actions in an open and honest manner.  Seems like a totally legitimate and civilized course of events…until she starts palming your face and smushing her finger into your temple.

A Texas A&M University football player has been indefinitely suspended from the team after he was arrested Tuesday on a charge of assaulting his ex-girlfriend.

Adren Jamon Dorsey was released from jail Wednesday after posting $5,495 bail, but won’t be returning to practice anytime soon.

University police said they were called to the Student Recreation Center on campus just before midnight Monday.

According to the police report, Dorsey’s ex-girlfriend told officers that he had gone to the rec center to discuss their break-up.

When he arrived, according to the report, the two began arguing in the parking lot.

She admitted to police to pushing his face a few times and poking him near the temple with her finger.

The argument continued, she said, and Dorsey picked her up by her throat, slammed her onto the trunk of a vehicle and threw her to the ground, according to the police report.

Had Dorsey gone to Alabama, I’d expect the girl’s father to come forward to cast all the blame on his off-spring.
