ULL Builds Facility to Welcome Recruits, Eventual Devastating Tornado

College football is an arms race.  Schools will spend untold sums in order to build the largest and most grand of football palaces in order to attract the finest and most prominent of recruits.  In that arms race, among the college superpowers,  somebody’s got to be Afghanistan.  Behold the architectural splendor of prefabrication and aluminum siding that only the new ULL Recruiting Zone :

On Monday morning, a ceremony was held to officially name the newly constructed facility.

From now on, the area will be called the “Bob Fournet Recruiting Zone,” which will be utilized for current players and coaches to meet, as well as entertain future recruits.

The facility includes two redesigned, air-conditioned double-wide trailers that provide four large meeting rooms, as well as a covered outdoor pavilion for meetings, cooking or entertainment options when hosting recruits.

“It’s very nice,” said Hebert, who said the area is primarily for football, but will also be available for other sports as well. “This is an area that’s going to be valuable for a long time.”

However the “value” will be greatly affected by the eventual F5 tornado (spoon hits bowl, rooms goes quiet…the finger of God) that is sure to touch down and wipe out the trailers at some point.
