Any reason to bring back this photoshop is a good reason

We can finally close the book on the Andy Kennedy/Cab driver racial slur jihad from two seasons ago…and it didn’t even take a trial or testimony from a crazy lady about how she used to give oral treats to her former attorney or how your University’s basketball coach is a 3 pump chump.  The two parties have come to a settlement agreement, and the cab driver has sent his mostsincere apologies to Coach Kennedy and perhaps delivered a fruit basket to Mrs. Kennedy for all the consortium troubles.

University of Mississippi basketball coach Andy Kennedy has settled a defamation lawsuit with a cab driver and a valet.

Details of the settlement are confidential.

The cab driver apologized to Kennedy Tuesday and said he’s ready to move on with his life.

Kennedy had filed a civil suit after he was arrested in Cincinnati in 2008 over an altercation with the cabbie. A valet had witnessed the incident.  He denied punching and taunting the driver, but later pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct.  During the criminal case, Kennedy had apologized to the cab driver and valet.  The coach didn’t drop his civil suit against them and they countersued.
