Harvey Updyke’s second court appointed attorney now wants out. Can you blame him? Who’s next? Clay Travis? Bunkie Perkins?
UPDATE: Montgomery attorney Jerry Blevins is now representing Mr. Updyke. You may recognize Jerry as the attorney who sued the Elmore County school board to keep his kids out of school because of the swine flu scare. The case was dismissed.
UPDATE # 2: Apparently, Jerry Blevins wants out too. No one wants to represent this guy.
