Noted Bama fan and Toomer’s Corner tree assassin Harvey Updyke was in court today, there to eventually waive his right to a preliminary hearing (and reject a plea deal). He, however, did not waive his right to wear a crimson colored tie, an obvious act of silent defiance against his blue and orange oppressors.
