Dan Mullen and the local media, with all the signs of a fruitfully abusive relationship
On the first day of practice, Dan Mullen is happy to answer your questions in, what seems to be, his grandmother’s sitting room…that is until you start poking around with your nosy injury-related inquiries. You start down that road and he is liable to get up and pump fake leaving, citing policy and a busy schedule, only to plop right back down and start answering questions again while enjoying sweet tea with pellet ice like nothing ever happened.
That’s an excellent exhibition of being able to move on to the next play for so early in the practice calendar.
