Suspension? Justified. The first comment on the YouTube page, not so much.
Mike Slive and the SEC brought it’s suspension hammer to work again Monday, this time swinging it upon South Carolina’s DJ Swearinger, who was suspended for the Missouri game this coming weekend. There was much bitching and moaning last week when Trae Elston of Ole Miss got suspended for the Texas game for a hit that looked pretty legal and was also not flagged during the play…but, in the above case of Defendant Swearinger, it’s a pretty justifiable move by the SEC.
