Ole Miss head football coach Hugh Freeze has earned a bit of a reputation as an active participant on Twitter…between spouting out the daily motivational quote and the oft requested RT for anything from a terminal ailment to a child’s perfect attendance award…he’s a fairly constant presence on the medium. So, as you might expect, when Freeze chose to go for it, and failed, on 4th and 1 from his own 39 yard line late in the game against Texas A&M, a decision that would lead to his team blowing a 10 point lead with 6 some odd minutes to go, there was an outpouring of feedback from his Twitter followers.
While most of the @CoachHughFreezes were words of encouragement or support for the head coach and a team trying to dig itself out of a 2 season-long hole entrenched by Houston Nutt and company, there was of course this guy:
Who just couldn’t help himself.
Such a volley establishes two things: 1) Hugh Freeze perhaps tweets a little too much and probably shouldn’t stoop to certain levels and respond to every central Mississippi hillbilly with a dial up modem and 2) by evidence of that hat (and a later tweet of him at a Daughtry concert in Tuscaloosa), it’s clear that Wayne has never made a bad decision and is therefore justified in his criticism.

It’s so nice that people respect their coach with an even keel attitude.

The question is, what would Wayne have called?
