Baylor, and God, thinks the Johnny Football hero-worship has gotten a bit blasphemous
Without a soldier’s funeral to protest this weekend, the Westboro Baptist church made it a place where their special brand of religious crazy is welcomed, Waco, Texas, for the Kansas State/ Baylor game. It is unclear why exactly they felt that such a game was the perfect venue to spread their hate (although, due to Kansas State’s success, it’s possible that Bill Snyder is some sort of wizard or master of the dark arts), but Baylor fans were there to make sure that they were welcomed with opens arms, and even joined in on the protest.
Sidenote: If Westboro Baptist really wants to troll hard on college football fans, they’ll show up at College Gameday.
