Phil Fulmer was (reportedly) served with a subpoena this morning at the SEC Media Days in Birmingham in connection with libel and defamation suit against the NCAA brought by disassociated University of Alabama booster Wendell Smith. The subpoena was to secure his appearance at a deposition in Birmingham on September 25, two days before Tennessee plays at Auburn. [...]
